Reaching Out classroom package — $249 CDN (plus shipping, handling and applicable taxes)
Designed for presentations to students, parents and school personnel:
- A DVD featuring a story about a youth helping a friend to get support to overcome suicidal feelings interwoven with documentary interviews with young adults who were touched by suicide during their high school years
- A curriculum guide in PDF format and a PowerPoint presentation to help you custom build a youth suicide prevention workshop around the video (the presentation is also suitable for overhead transparencies)
Reaching Out counsellor package —$325 CDN (plus shipping, handling and applicable taxes)
A professional development package for school counsellors and other youth services professionals:
- Contains all of the features in the classroom package, PLUS
- A 13-minute video simulation of a counsellor conducting a suicide risk assessment with a student, and
- A training manual for professional development
* Organizations that have ordered Package One can later upgrade and obtain the professional development package for $75 Cdn.
